Terms of use

Foxora Studio is our desktop workspace for AI agents. Your use of Studio, on the Free plan or a paid one, is governed by the Foxora Studio terms of service and privacy policy, not by these terms.

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
• disrupt the website, overload it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• copy the website by automated means in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• use the website to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights; or
• use our name or pretend to be us, or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.

If you find a security problem, please report it privately as described on our security page. Reporting a problem in good faith that way does not break these terms.

We describe our products and their status as of the date shown on each page. Anything marked Beta, Private preview, In build, In research or Draft is still changing, and may change or never be released.

The website is for general information, and nothing on it is legal, financial or other professional advice. Plans and prices shown on it are offered under the Foxora Studio terms of service, which govern your use of Foxora Studio, including its plans and payments.

The website links to the waitlist for Foxora Runtime, which is in development. Joining a waitlist does not create a contract, and it does not promise access, a release date or a price. How we handle the details you give is set out in section 4 of the privacy notice.

The website and its content, including text, drawings, images, videos, design and code, belong to xBesh Labs FZE LLC or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

You may view the website, link to it, and quote short passages for commentary, reporting or reference, as long as you say where they come from. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse, including for commercial purposes, needs our written permission, unless a specific item states a licence that allows it.

Foxora, the Foxora logo, Foxora Studio, Foxora Runtime, GRIP and Fennec are trade marks of xBesh Labs FZE LLC.

You may use these names to refer accurately to our products. You may not use them, or anything confusingly similar, in your own product, company or domain names or logos, or in any way that suggests we sponsor, endorse or are connected with you, without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms, on this website or in any software or specification licence gives you any right to use our trade marks, except as that licence expressly allows.

Foxora Runtime is in development. We plan to release its source code under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (Apache-2.0). Once the code is released, your use of it is governed by that licence, and nothing in these terms narrows it. As section 6 of that licence says, it does not give permission to use our trade names or trade marks. Before the release, any access to Runtime is on the terms we agree with you in writing.

The GRIP specification and our research papers are published with a licence stated on each file or record. That licence governs your use of them.

The website links to other websites, including other Foxora sites and third parties. Their own terms apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be complete, error-free, secure or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, xBesh Labs FZE LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts of India have jurisdiction over any such dispute.

If you use the website as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
